How reliable for a refur wireless product?
Can I use it as an access point for my PS3? I cant stream my HD movies over air via its built-in wireless.

This would be much more useful if it has a built-in 4-port switch. w/o it, you can only connect 1 device to it. many ppl have a ps3 along with maybe a xbox or a PC in a room that is far from dsl/cable modem
#3, so buy a switch and plug it in, they cost almost nothing these days
