    #3, what are you talking about?? There are no external wires on the outside. All routers have hardwire ports...read the manual!

    you're just going to pay a premium for N, get a cheaper one, like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833122266&nm_mc=AFC-baconeals&cm_mmc=AFC-baconeals-_-NA

    Has N and supports DD-WRT firmware (better than the default firmware)

    #6 that one is recertified. These things seem to last forever though, so I guess it is alright.

    Important to be aware that not all wireless N cards can support the maximum speed. I was pretty disappointed when I found out that my laptop would only connect at 65Mbps to my 310N.
