had this router before and it was as ben said, tried and true
wrt54g, is great..make sure to load it up with tomato, or dd-wrt
Clicking on Accessories > Routers results in this message:
wow, just a couple years ago, this router was $50 on sale. how technology flies.
Shame it's not the v1 hardware
Centrix-intl has refurbished WRT54G v3, in bulk packaging, for $39 if you need more ram/flash than is found in the later versions.
any difference between v 1 - 4? i think upto v4 they all have 8-16mb memory.
Whoa! Excellent price for this workhorse wireless router. I am still seeing them on sale for $50, occasionally $40. They have a new style case out, and this is the old case, but what the heck. It is a good router, have had one for several years. Linksys also has good customer support.
LIKE NO. 4 IT DOESN'T WORK. ANY IDEAS ?
It's rare to find a used router on Craigslist at this price.
I was just thinking the same thing myself. Maybe a way to make a little more Christmas jingle.
I can't seem to get the link to work, or even find it on their site.
You have to click on any phone first and then it'll come up as an accessory.
Using V3 right now with DD-WRT v24 SP2 loaded, happy with it since the first day
With DD-wrt I had to restart the router once a week because my traffic would get super slow.
I installer hyperwrt + thybor and now it is rock solid.
I own it...great making those free cell calls.
not good reviews. i will pass this deal...
I'm running Tomato on my WRT54G v4, which is extremely simple to upgrade to 3rd party firmware.
This T-mobile router probably won't be as simple to upgrade to 3rd party firmware. See this:

definitely a great router once you put open source firmware on it.
This is a solid router at a great price; I've had no problems with mine since I bought it some time ago.
