#1 Agree but no slower than woot for me.
Same as #1, it took extremely long for the shipping. And from the USPS tracking info., it looks like the package was sent out from other countries.
is this as good as the wrt54gl strictly for the wireless routing?

Woot never offered "shipped out next day" followed by a tracking number the next day that said "Shipper notified of pickup" for 3 weeks. I felt the company was dishonest which I never felt with woot and I have ordered lots of stuff through woot.
If they used the US Postal Service, I would blame the USPS. I bought something and was given a USPS tracking code. I signed up for USPS tracking emails.
For 14 days, all the Tracking code got me was "USPS has been notified that this package will be picked up or whatever". No emails from USPS. Then the package arrived at my home. Then the USPS site said they had it and it was on the way. (Did I just say I had it already? DUH!).
The next day an email from the USPS told me I received the package. DUH DUH.
