Amazon reviews say this bites.

I own one of these. Crappy camera with very finicky setup. But a good price nevertheless.

If you can move this thing remotely don't bother. (assuming your at work) Wait, what was that it moved over to the right of the picture, dammit I can't turn this freak'n thing!

Ditto the other comments - had one of this (unfortunately when it cost a lot more) and it royally stinks.

so what would you all say is the best webcam?

Very poor video quality. Don't count on this one to do a good job for you. The only decent ones I've seen were in the $200-$300 range.
