Is LIVESTRONG the one that that funds American excellence at cheating in sports? If so, they're doing a great job since practically every single U.S athlete or sportsman (Tiger Woods, etc) is on steroids and other performance enhancing drugs.

Why doesn't USA play honest like other countries like China?
