I have this and paid much more for it.

It tracks really well, but....

the scrolling is terrible, seriously - worst ever.
and the battery life is super-terrible.
2 Energizers/Duracells will get you TWO WEEKS
And some rechargable batteries make the mouse do crazy things. Apparently 1.2v NiMH aren't a substitute for 1.5v alkalines.

And when I mean bad scrolling, I mean click down one notch and the window will move down 3-4 lines, then hop back up a line. Or just touch the scrolling wheel and it will jump up or down.

#1, Then you got a lemon. I have this mouse and am using it at the moment. Using about 7-8 hours/day. Battery life is about 2-2 1/2 months on the Duracells. One of the best mice.

For scrolling, on the wheel button, press down once - you will get the clicky scroll. Press hard down again - you will get smooth/fast scroll. hope this helps.
