The function keys and the home/del/page up/etc keys are different from the standard keyboards. However, once you get used to it, it feels very nice.

This is supposedly one of the most comfortable "natural" style keyboard made. The price for it is good as well.

I have this combo and find it very comfortable. Additionally, it is one of the quietest keyboards out there - I take a lot of notes while on my speakerphone, and now the people I'm talking to can't hear any clicking noise.
