Yes, it maybe a little too small if you have large hands.
Itty bitty mice are handy for laptop use on the go where you don't have a large mousing surface so you wrest your palm and move it with finger motions. Many of their power miser mice don't have a laser engine so they don't track as well for this type of use due to lower DPI and/or being more picky about the mousing surface.
