If you can find one cheaper, buy it, otherwise it's a perfect companion to an HTPC if you don't want to have a full-size keyboard hanging out on your coffee table like a geek fashion accessory
You can get other wireless keyboards without the big ass dish antenna. WTF?
This is an AMAZING keyboard/mouse combo. I purchased one of these a few months ago from Dell and couldn't be happier. It is the perfect companion for my HTPC and gets the full sized keyboard and mouse out of the living room.
It has a rechargeable battery (that I've charged maybe twice) and the included bluetooth receiver tucks away inside the back compartment for storage and movement without losing the dongle. It's perfect!

but yeah it is overpriced
