My buddy has this, and was all into the novelty of the macros and such... now it's just 'meh' and basically an underused toy (still used as a keyboard of course).

Great keyboard if you like to display information while doing full screen app's such as gaming. I use them to display temp's, cpu/ram utilizations while in 3D gaming/full screen mode. Can't beat it. Great nerd gift. And this is as good of a price as you'll get (if recent history is an indication).

I did not find the LCD that useful.

But now I can't live without the lighted keys!

This keyboard is great. I use this and an IBM Model M and could not live without them.
