Newegg has the wired Logitech G500 Gaming Mouse for $59 - $25 rebate [Exp 9/22] = $34 with free shipping. Features on-the-fly adjustable DPI, 27 grams of extra weight for better control, dual mode scroll wheel, and onboard memory.
Newegg is terrible. I bought a mouse, it didnt work right. Newegg wouldn't exchange it, because the upc code went in for the rebate. So, they send faulty products, with a rebate to negate the warranty process. And to add insult to injury, it cost me an additional $8 to ship it back to them. I like Logitech products, and have always had good luck with them. I hope to get Logitech to honor the warranty... but we'll see.
Of course you cannot exchange afte UPC is been cut off for rebate. Otherwise you can can use the same invoice do the rebate again. Call logitech is the right way to go. I do test the product before I submit the rebate
#1 you are just a moron. plane and simple. why didnt you test out the item before you cut it out? and once you cut out a upc you need to go through the manufacture warranty... stop scapegoating on your own fault.
I just spent a $1000 dollars on parts from New Egg. One of which was a bad OEM hard drive. I saved all boxes and did not load the games that came with the video cards x 30 days knowing I might have to return something. They replaced the hard drive and provided a return mailer for it. New Egg is a common sense, honest retailer. If you lack common sense don't use them.
#1 Was this your mouse? What wasn't working right? Why did you want to exchange it from Newegg instead of talking to Logitech first?
Is this the first time you've ever had something not work right for you? I feel bad for whoever might sell you anything. Don't take this comment as being negative, but I am critical in how you didn't take any other actions than one, complain about it when it didn't work, and then say "Oh well I have this other option, we'll see if it works..."
Newegg sucks. That's the way it is. The company isn't providing quality products and they aren't doing anything to help the consumer with defective merchandise returns. They could provide a replacement product and still insure the integrity of the rebate program, but they do not. They do not provide return shipping when a product is defective, they do not provide 100% quarantee, they do not provide the consumer with exceptional merchandise nor do they provide exceptional customer support. Buy from them if you want to 'take your chances'.

Newegg is not terrible. It's the best online retailer by far.

#1...you have to be one of the dumbest people I've seen on this site, and that's saying something.
Why wouldn't you test the product before sending the UPC? Are you that hard up for cash you need your rebate immediately?
