Newegg has the Logitech G700 Hybrid Wired/Wireless Gaming Mouse on pre-order for $95 with free shipping. Think of it as a gaming oriented Performance MX mouse with more buttons and a 5700dpi sensor. Scheduled to be released on 8/16/10.

Wow, when are the 104-button mice coming out??
wow, for $100 this mouse sucks.
I still have an MX1000, but the battery is just about shot, and the charger pads don't connect very well. The result is that I usually pick it up and get blinking red lights saying the battery is almost dead. SADFACE.
Also, there's no way I could ever play a game that made use of 13 mouse buttons.
I will wait till it drop to $30 ( or lower range)
It only has 3 more than a MX Revolution does... if you're going to whine at least find something of merit.
MX Rev ergonomics + high polling and better laser tracking is great if you ask me. And the build quality is probably much better than the junk razer sells.
For 95 I'll just pay the neighbor's kid to play the game.
