I have G5, G7 and G9 and I prefer G5, G7 and G500 shape over G9.. Been thinking about the G500 deal at Amazon too. But I will wait for dented box deal...

I just replaced a 518 with a G500 and I love everything about it. You can adjust the weight ... and sensitivity on the fly, and I really like the texture of the side gripping surfaces. While it cost lest than what I paid for the 518, it is a silky upgrade.
