I got my G9 for $35. Great mouse but for some reason it causes some discomfort with my ring finger. Just my grip I suppose. Don't fall for that picture grip crap. I was hoping they would come out with new grip shapes not just overpriced graphics.

I have this mouse. It has a bit of a weird shape that is uncomfortable. There are two cases for it (strange sounding I know) and one works better for me than the other, but still it feels weird. I liked Logitech's earlier mice better. This one works fine, just slightly uncomfortable for long FPS games.

Just ordered one after reading a bunch of reviews. I have a Razer Lachesis right now and I like it but I want a heavier mouse, the adjustable weights will be nice.

I have been using the G9 and can say it is great. I did however have to get used to it when I went from a G5 to it. The grip is significantly different for what reason I do not know.

    My mouse history:
    Generic Ball Mouse
    Microsoft Intellimouse 3.0
    Microsoft Explorer 3.0
    Logitech MX 300
    Logitech MX 510
    Logitech MX 518
    Logitech G5
    Logitech G9

However now I see there is a newer G500... if you are used to the MX 500 - G5 then the G500 may be more up your alley than the G9x would be comfort wise.
