Can anyone suggest a good quality universal remote, easy setup, handle at least 5 devices and less than $75 Also what bells and whistles are most important to look for?
The only reason to get this instead of the cheaper ONE is if you also get the RF extender (sold separately) so that you can have full non-line-of-sight control. So all you home theater fans that keep your components in ANOTHER ROOM, this is the remote you want. Anyone else would be better served with a ONE.
There were problems with this unit when new. Think what a refurb might offer. Visit the Harmony Remote forum before buying this to see what others have to say about it.
I had a large touch screen Sony universal remote. Worked great but didn't do any more than a Harmony. Downside with a touchscreen remote is you need to put down your beer so you can use both hands to change the channel.
$30 rebate
WOW, thats a lot for a remote. What kind of Ghetto dog could afford something like this. It should wipe your rear for that kind of money.

It wouldn't be so much if this wasn't such a shitty remote.

still alot of money even if it was brand new and not a refurb.
A remote control that's bigger than your TV.
Buy the refurb Harmony 880 at Amazon for $69. Better deal.
Remotes with touchscreens are a pain in the neck to use.
