I have this remote and think it's just ok. I regret not spending just a little bit more for one of the better Harmony remotes.
This remote eats through batteries quickly and the buttons are not very well thought out, IMO.
I bought one of these three months ago, and while it did require some tweaking, I like it a great deal. It's one of the few remotes that can actually operate a semi sophisticated system, really recognizes "off brands" like OPPO and I like the fact that the information is stored in non volitle memory so it won't go away if the battery dies.
You can easily program multiple events such as "watch a DVD" whereby the unit turns on the DVD player, the TV, the Amp, and sets each one to the correct settings and inputs.
