      Awesome remote. I would highly recommend, however right now the SOFTWARE for this remote is broken! Go to http://forums.logitech.com/logitech/board/message?board.id=general_remotes&thread.id=15731

      Agree with #1 all the way. I have this remote and it kicks! Software will be fixed in a month or so (so they say).

      #3 is a moron. The 550 is a pos compared to this. The buttons layout is much more intuitive and accessible on the peanut shaped remotes and the One.
