Great remote. I bought the refurb, worked perfectly for a few months, then started freezing occasionally, maybe once or twice a week. It just needs a quick reboot by removing the battery cover, taking the battery out and putting it back in. Problem is, the battery cover is a royal pain in the rear to put back on. All in all, I wish I;d gotten the one with full warranty.
I bought this refurb and the screen died after 3 months. It comes with a 3 month warrany so Logitech replaced it. I haven't had any problems with the new one.
Got one of this, works but hate it's low resolution screen- make it look like a low end product..
I should buy one.
I'm holding out for a great deal on the RF-enabled 890. But I like my Harmony 500 series IR remote, I just wish it didn't require line of sight.

I bought it 2 yrs ago referbished and love it. no problems at all.
