Do you experience a delay with any of these "one touch" functions? Will I have to hold the remote at the IR sensors any longer for all the different devices to grab the signal?

I don't have any problems, but you do have to point it at your entertainment centre for a few seconds - you can tune how long between signals, devices etc to get the best experience.

I do with my harmony, I have an older model though so it may have been corrected with this series. I know you can have the remote repeat the same code so that would resolve the issue you are asking about.

#2, no delay that would be more annoying that managing all the remotes that it takes to change multiples AV components. I am not aware of any remote that instantaneously executes all commands anyhow, so lag is part of the package. Again, compare to using multiple remotes!

Harmony problem: I have a 520, and i really like it, but the one problem I run into is if my wife turns on or off the TV without using this remote, it confuses the Harmony, and it will toggle things the opposite way once things get switched otherwise. I suggest mapping a button to the powertoggle command for the TV so you can fix this easily when it gets out of sync. I'm not sure how much more this can do, so you may want to get a 520 for about $40 shipped like I did.

I have this exact remote and I love it, and there is a delay as it goes through all the devices - you can change the delays in the setup, but be warned, if the delay is too short the command may not be received..bacon just depends on your devices...

On a side note, I have received great customer support from logitech

We have two Harmony 880s...they work great.

Got one for the technologically challenged in-laws...they love it.

I was going to buy a big screen HDTV but would rather spend $100 on a remote control.....not.

I am so tired of infrared!
My damn coffee table is right in line with all my components. I have to raise my arm up real high to do anything.

I think the Harmony 1 is RF with a IR transmitted that the RF unit talks too. That's what Im talking bout
