A fantastic deal on a great remote. The refurbished one I received had a battery issue, so they apologized and sent me a brand new remote and told me to keep the old one!
I think these remotes are out the door. I'm waiting to hear more about their new devices that let you control everything through your iPhone or android devices. Now that makes more sense, especially if you can program your own screen with push buttons you use most.
I dont know how I could live without this remote.

I bought a refurbished Harmony 650 last week that had issues with random numbers on the keypad not entering when pressed and also the numbers on the favorites button i set up would display differently every time I selected a favorite channel. I called support. They wouldn't talk to my unless I went on-line and bought an extended warranty first.
Reading the reviews it seems you either love or hate these things. I hate them.
I hated mine. The activities did it. URC has good learning remotes with a power button!!!
