Good remote but the left button suddenly stopped working recently and its out of warranty. Hopefully its a fluke.
Best buy is the worst. Highly over priced.
amazon has same price, any reason to believe price will go down before christmas?
I have a Harmony 880, and similar to #2, one of the buttons stopped working a few weeks after I got it. Everything else has worked fine for the past 4 years, so overall, I'd recommend it.
Logithechs have great features, but seem cheap in construction for what you pay. I would suggest buying from a retailer with a long returns policy. The desktop software has been improved, but still might require a few trips back to the computer to tweak everything you need. Once you get it going, the remote is pure Heaven. Even my wife (who is an incurable technophobe) loves the simplicity the remote brings to the entertainment center. And I'm glad I opted for the rechargable 880, still a top of the line remote.
Best Remote ever! Seriously...
These harmony remotes are the bomb. It has a nice dock too so you dont have to keep replacing batteries. It's also a piece of cake to program and you look real gadget savvy.
