Fantastic deal. I'm kind of wondering why I didn't get two or three...

I've loved my mx1000. It's not dead yet, but it's been a great mouse and if it dies tomorrow, I'll have no regrets about having purchased it.

Oh well, this'll be a great gift for my father who needs a new mouse.

This is the mx1100 not the mx1000... I upgraded to the mx1100 from the 1000 and have no regrets about it (I got the 1100 for $25). You are no longer bound to the cradle. If the mouse starts dying when you want to use it you can just switch out the batteries rather than putting the mouse in the cradle to charge which is a huge hassle when you're trying to work. It is about the same weight as the mx1000, maybe a little lighter. The design is fantastic though. Extremely comfortable and the hidden button is great.

    Great buy at $30ish!

Been using Logitech for almost a decade now, and wanted to upgrade to this mouse for a while. Fantastic deal - ordered 2. Thanks.

Perfect timing - my mx1000 only holds a charge for a day - in for 2.

Personally I'd much rather it had a charger that was a cord with a barrel plug and a barrel jack on the front of the mouse. That way you can keep the batteries in it and just plug a cord in to let it recharge while you keep using it.

I've thought about doing this myself to a cordless mouse but it never had high enough priority to actually do it.

#6 That's a really good idea. They totally ought to do that.
