If this is anything like the MX1000, this is a great deal. I love my 1000. Fast response, and Ive been using it for almost 2 years now with no significant loss in battery capability. Great price for an open box item
most profitable dent ever.
I've used the mouse before and its very comfortable. I also own the Mx1000 and I can +1 to sccoxx about the battery capability and response. Great Mice. Great Mice.
N41. I own both the MX1000 and MX1100 and I like this one more. The AA's in this last a long, long time and I like the button layout better.
I really wish they had a rechargeable cradle for this. I also think the mx1000 was the greatest mouse ever.
Battery life is great on this even with regular Duracell AAs. I bought this in May for work, just changed the battery for the first time last week. I use it constantly throughout the day and I don't have to bother turning it off when I leave. The weight was a bit of a factor but i've gotten used to it since then.
I'm with the MX1000 lovers. Best mouse I've ever used. Batteries in mine finally started to get weak and the pads on the bottom are looking pretty crappy. Found a good deal on a MX Revolution. Good, but I like the MX1000 better. I think I'm going to open up my MX1000 and see if I can replace the batteries.
I'm currently on my second MX1000 and I agree with the others, it's a great mouse. I actually have the MX1100 as well, just haven't opened it. I can do without the rechargeable cradle. The contacts on both my MX1000s always rust and prevent a good contact with the recharging cradle. I would have to scrape the contacts almost every time I want to recharge. A bit of a pain. I'm looking forward to using the MX1100 and some rechargeable AA Eneloops. I think they should work well together.
almost bought it then backed out because
1) the microgear scroll wheel makes it difficult to middle click. (I have a G9x and its very hard to middle click)
2) The usb receiver is huge, not the compact kind.
