I am reading some mixed reviews about this mouse? Anybody know if the signal/stutter problem has been fixed on this mouse?

This was probably in response to Best Buy selling these for $50 this Friday and Saturday. $10 more at BB, but you don't have to wait on shipping.

got this last month for $50 w/out rebates and that was a steal then, i dont have any stutters w/ this, lasts about 3-5 days between charges.

I picked up this from ecost for $2 cheaper a couple weeks back. I love it, super smoother tracking, smart scroll is very nice when working with long documents and spreadsheets, rechargable is crucial (my old MS wireless optical ate batteries). Good buy!

Yes, it has a LiIon battery and a recharging cradle. LED's tell you how much juice is left.

I already have this mouse, and its awesome. I have had it for just over a year now. I paid $65 after rebate on Amazon last year. $40 is just a real steal, so I'm in for 2.

I hope this is NEW and not Refurbished. Does the "RF" on dell's page mean refurbished? I hope not... can anyone confirmed?
