I bought this a month ago when it was up as a dented box item, and it does not have fans. It's a good lapdesk, but so as to avoid misrepresentation, the only cooling it offers is through slight elevation, offering better circulation under the laptop. I purchased this thinking it was an all-in-one, so hoping to help someone else avoid the same mistake!
