    People are suckers for marketing hype. Try going to back to a regular ball mouse for a day and you'll realize that optical and laser mice haven't really changed anything.

    #5 I'm sorry, but laser mice are one of the best input devices of all time, OF ALL TIME! I don't miss having to clean the rollers for the ball mouse.

    #6, I would agree with number 5 but I have issues with the whole concept of a ball. We should kick it old school and burp this whole "wheel" revolution, and drag and drop things like we did in the old days.
