MidnightBox.com has the refurbished Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere 2 Speakers for iPod (Black) for $50 + $4 shipping = $54 shipped. It has a 10-hour rechargeable battery. Supports iPhone and all iPod models with dock connector.
I've had this for a couple of years and overall its not bad. I use it with an MP3 player and not an iPod. Not sure how the interface on the iPod is to this but with my MP3 player, I need to make sure that the volume is turned up all the way, otherwise, the Pure-Fi's auto-shut off feature kicks in after about 10 minutes as it thinks that there isn't any signal being received. I tried this with a couple of different MP3 players and that was the case.
The other thing is that this has decent sound is loud for in the house or on the back deck/yard. However, over the last couple of years, we've been holding a 30 person picnic and with that many people, this gets drowned out whereas my friend's BOSE sounddock performed nicely.
Lastly, the battery is pretty good on this. It lasts about 6 to 7 hours for me on a full charge.
