This is pretty much a waste of money. Even at $5 its too high. Glad I didnt pay $300 for it last year....such a waste....
And it's not Logitech's fault. The content providers -killed- this device purposefully by blocking the browser useragent. It is a shame when there is so much potential, only to have it squashed as an inconvenience. The hdmi in/overlay feature and subsequent lockdown of the firmware makes 3rd party roms pretty much impossible too.

To be honest, it's a little expensive.
I second #1. I have it. I paid 100 for it. There will be basically no support for it. You can't hack it or load anything else on it. Too many other supported devices to waste your money on this.
