I get the idea of a cordless keyboard (use it in your lap, sit back from the PC or TV, etc.) But why would you ever buy a cordless mouse?

So you have a mouse when you're sitting back in the chair?

anyone know how this is compare to other wireless keyboard??

I'm using S510, it's pretty good. Laser mouse with on/off button and nice keyboard. I expect S520 will also be good, and bought one.
