Buy.com has the Logitech Squeezebox Radio (Black) for $135 - $15 rebate [Exp 2/12] = $120 with free shipping. Internet radio device streams music from online services like Pandora, Last.fm, and Slacker as well as iTunes (PC or Mac). Features 2.4" LCD, alarm clock, 802.11g Wi-Fi, ethernet port, 3.5mm headphone and line-in jacks, 3" woofer.
I enjoy mine a lot - when my wife let's me use it. Matched with my WHS it's a pretty sweet setup. Back around xmas time logitech had these (in white) for $120 with the remote and battery. That would have been a nice deal to jump on. I imagine the remote is useless, but the battery would be very nice. It's a pain they dont include a stock battery (or allow non-proprietary batteries) -- why build a portable wifi radio, then teather it to the wall with a power cord???
#2, any radio worth listening to is available streaming online. If you want a portable radio within range of wifi then it's a good solution.
I personally wouldn't pay for this, but I understand why some people would with all the features included. This price is about $25 cheaper than it was around the holidays.
I have three of these. One at home, one at my business and one at my wife's business...and I bought one for my parents. It sounds surprisingly good and I also use it with a Dayton amp, a powered sub and mains. Add to that the server software so it can tap the music in your computer and it's a solid product. As a bonus, there's a third-party iPhone app that gives you almost complete control through the internet.
This isn't the typical Logitech crap. Logitech bought Squeezebox and kept the SB team intact.
