Logitech has the Logitech Squeezebox Radio in Black (new, dented box) for $180 - $60 off with coupon code logi_radio_41811 [Exp 4/21] = $120 with free shipping. Internet radio device streams music from online services like Pandora, Last.fm, and Slacker as well as iTunes (PC or Mac). Features 2.4" LCD, alarm clock, 802.11g Wi-Fi, ethernet port, 3.5mm headphone and line-in jacks, 3" woofer.
I bought one of these 1 1/2 years ago. I use it almost every day. It isn't worth $120.
Mama's got a squeeze box, Daddy never sleeps at night
I've got a few of these and love them. You can listen to just about every college radio station in the US plus Napster, Pandora, Slacker, SomaFM, etc.
You can remotely control the Squeezebox via your Android phone or iPhone.
#3 do you know if that app (the android ver.) works with the classic squeezebox too? I couldn't tell via the info on the app.
I have 2 of these in different rooms and a Duet on my home stereo in the living room all linked through wireless to make a whole house speaker system. Can use the iphone to change songs, volume, etc in each room independently. It plays playlists on Rhapsody, rap stations from Atlanta, classical from Austria, country from Nashville, or songs directly from the itunes library.
Sorry, no idea, Shmeagle.
I also have 2 of these and the duet. Amazing products. Well worth the 120$
Short answer to my question above in case anyone is interested = Yes.
