Great product at a great price.
I've had one for 16 months, set up in the living room and tied in to the big stereo. Sounds great, works great, looks nice.
Open box means used. Dented box is the one to get. Bought an open box last year and ended up returning it because it was defective. The product is useful and works fine like many other products from Logitech.
