    Yep it's pretty awesome. Only takes half a day to get fully use to it and then no more carpel tunnel.

    I like the Logitech marble mouse much better. The difference is the ball is in the middle at the top with 2 buttons on either side. I preferred using my index finger for pointer to my thumb.

    i have four trackman marbles that i bought between 1996 and 2000. they all still work perfect.

    used to have carpal tunnel. but not since 1996!

    I agree with #4. Fingertips better than thumb for accuracy. I use the MS Trackball Explorer, now made of unobtanium. Excellent!

    Darn, wish it had forward/back buttons... I've grown too accustomed to those for websurfing to get a pointing device without them.

    My dad had one of these and he didn't use his computer that much and I thought it strange that it failed on him after just a few years so I decided not to get one.
