Unless your AV rack eschews the digital A/V receiver and instead has analog pre-amp and separate power amps this thing is overpriced by an order of magnitude. That is the ONLY thing that this box can do that a typical Blu-Ray player can't. I use a HTPC to do everything this box can do (and oh so much more), but since pretty much everyone that has digital media has a digital receiver there is really no benefit to buying this. Purists that stuck with analog don't want to stream digital files anyway.
