No good, Rebate is only for Amazon and other retailers, not Amazon resellers. Bummer. I really wanted these for my kids PC.

I was reluctant, and it's back to $59.99 today.
The S220 (much smaller version) sounds nice with one of my desktops... oh well. May be I should try a pair of powered monitors for more details. The "woofer" in the "subwoofer" of this Z323 is kinda small. But, for a final $31, it's a good bargain for those who only need some decent PC sounds. I guess I need to learn to say "no" sometimes
