got this directly from Logitech dented box deal no rebate. I'm guessing they had to give out rebates to their customers to allow them to sell it at the same price and not be angry with them. glad I took advantage of the offer without the rebate. these are nice speakers for $50.

I have a pair. They are very nice, especially at this price.

For another $30 or so you could get an even nicer Logitech 5.1 system.
