Make sure to clean the sensor up on top. Had this happening when it got clogged up with it's own soap.
I dont see why people by this. They were advertised as touchless to avoid germs. YOU WASH YOUR HANDS RIGHT AFTER YOU TOUCH IT. I dont see why someone would drop $5 on this plus soap cartridges and batteries. By the 1$ pump soap and gallon refill jug for under $5 at sams or costco
When I am handling chicken or something I get really uneasy about what I touch, and these are pretty nice. I just drill a hole in it and refill it with whatever I want.
