      Not a fan boi, never even used a mac, but this is defintely less expensive than the x300, and it has a faster processor. if you want the solid state drive, apple also has that with a 1.83 ghz - still for less than the x300...

      Best of all, the mac doesn't have vista, so the 2GB of ram in the mac is probably on par or fatser than a 4GM vista box...
