Years ago I had a $5 rebate rejected by these guys (Mach Speed) on an MP3 player. They said I didn't get the right serial number. The player was like a small stick. I had to look all over the internet just to find out where they hid the damn serial number (nothing on their site, it was under the battery etched in a place barely visible without a magnifying glass and lots of light). I even included the picture of it including the serial number. They rejected my claim and said they must be vigilant against fraud. They still did not tell me where the serial number was and refused to allow me to get it corrected.

Never anything again from Mach Speed. I will write this story anytime I see any products from them.
