i got the mio digitech 310x on bf this thing seems like junk compared to it

Check the terms of free shipping. Buy.com controls the exact date that you will get delivery of the merchandise. Believe it. I live in Southern California home of Buy.com. I bought a 2 gigabyte SD card with free shipping. The weight was .19 of an ounce. I bought it on November 18th and received it on Dec. 4th. If they had paid for a first class stamp with delivery confirmation I would have had it next day. Instead, they do the carrier to USPS shipping and delay the shipment to the very last day to discourage the buyer to never use the free shipping again! Don't buy buy.com!

I can't figure out what the best deal for $300 is. I gave up and am just going to get one built into the next car that I buy.

Go with a Garmin StreetPilot c320. I got one a few months ago for $270 and am very happy with the purchase.

Prices are dropping on those. Not so long ago the cheapest one was $499. Now you can get a deal for $200. I'll wait till they drop below $100.

#4, I ordered a Linksys router on Thursday from Buy.com, chose the free shipping, and I got it on Monday. I think maybe you just had some bad luck.
