Les Stroud's show is much better than this staged crap.
Here I am, all alone out in the jungles of Borneo.with my cameraman.....and the sound guy.....the lighting guy.....oh yeah, and the director, the producer, the helicopter pilot that got us here.
Yeah, really frightening, being alone.with 20 other people just over the hill!
This show is crap. Survivorman is where it's at.

Survivorman is crap. he is given nuts, beef jerkey and plenty of clean water before every show in case he doesn't have the skillz to find food and water in the wild.
Grylls was caught once "cheating" but who cares? his show is so much better than watching a hippie eat peanuts.
It's only now that you guys are realizing that TV shows are not real? It's ALL fake, including the news. Don't believe anything the TV tells you.
#7, what did he do that was constituted as cheating? never saw the show but I hear people talking about it all the time.
I wouldn't waste my shelf space with this drivel...
#7, he was caught more than once. Staying in hotels in the night and eating at the buffet is more than cheating.

This show rocks. Loved the episode in Alaska when He spears the Salmon and takes a bite right into the sides, scales and all.

i don't mind that some part of the show is fake, it's the knowledge you can learn from the show, he does teach us many techniques which comes handy even when we go camping in the wild. it's a TV show, you want live stuffs, do it yourself and find out..
It's nice to know that IF you're ever lost in the Kalahari and dying of thirst, you can squeeze water from elephant dung. Yeah. Um-hmm....
