REI has the Marmot Precip Men's Rain Jacket (Fatigue or Peacoat) for $48 with free in-store pickup. Shipping option is $6. All-season jacket has a 2.5-layer waterproof coating and taped seams to keep water out. Normally $70 or more.

REI is a great store to deal with all around, but Marmot is horrible if you ever need any kind of warranty work done. Just consider Marmot gear disposable, as if you have any problems, you are better off just throwing it away than sending it in for the simplest repair, in my experience.
Marmot has a lifetime guarantee.
^ Except for the infamous "wear and tear" clause which 9 times out of 10, could be applicable if you can't find a factory defect new out of the package. This is not unique to their brand, and to some extent I can understand it though if you pay more you expect more in return.
