I have yet to find a "Collector's Edition" of any game to make me feel like it was a sound investment 2 months later.
If ME3 were on Steam, I'd wait for the $30 sale. For Origin, $5 is the finally-can-be-bothered price.
They call it "Collector's Edition" because it's a way for the manufacturer to "collect" more money from you. With that said, I bought the poor man's edition for $49 at the egg a couple of days ago with coupon code EMCNGND89.
I REALLY wish it were available on steam. Origin slurps donkey dongles.
