I like healthy food, fried in oil. It's like the diet pop of food, drenched in oil.
it's not that bad . the oil has to be super hot flash the food not soak it in deep oil like chinese frying fish, chicken. at least i get to use a canola oil and change it more offen then smartie guy on corner..
Uh is there such a thing as non-immersion deep frying?
