If ever there were a big budget game that justifies all the cries of "FPS games are too generic", this one is it.
I'm a big fan of BFBC2 so I jumped in the beta of this on Steam last week...
Wow, what a disappointment. The two available maps were terrible--allowing easy spawn sniping. It's by Dice but doesn't use the same engine as BFBC2 so no destructible environments. Seems to be a complete waste--they should have put the energy towards new map packs for BFBC2. It's not worth 50$ dollars. Maybe when it hits 15.00 on one of Steam's weekend sales in three months I'll pick it up. And yeah, seriously, I think that will be the price in three months. It's that sad.
