Many reviews report the the USB 3.0 is broken on this thing without any fix by the manufacturer...
I got one, USB 3.0 never worked since I purchased it. If I use the USB3 cable, my computer would continuously restart; tried it on several computers. Now it is just a slow USB2 device. Very disappointed.
Just a note: I have other USB3.0 device and they worked fine, just plug and play. I don't know why this enclosure is having problems. No help from the manufacturer either.
