Got one a few months ago. Pretty good for small heavy stuffs, but don't expect this to load big boxes.

I have an opinion about MeritLine. My opinion is that Meritline sucks. My experience with their customer service is that it sucks. My opinion is based on having bought an LED flashlight (DoA), and 2 all-in-one flash readers - one of which lasted 35 days / 3 uses, the other of which lasted 4 months and then started scrambling my cards (which now read fine on a SanDisk brand flash reader). By all means buy this cheap cart from a sucky company and, please, let us know if it arrived in a functioning state and if you were able to use it for more than, say, 5 minutes before it broke.

Hey #2 --- that is an inaccurate description of MeritLine. Coincidently, my son and I each bought the same item (via Ben, too!) and had the same incredibly bad experience. In our opinion, MeritLine is much worse than you indicate in your comments. Much worse.

#1, 2, 3, 4: you are all wrong. Meritline isn't that bad. It was your fault buying cheap products. If you are not happy with the goods, go ahead spend your time which worth more than the broken goods to contact CS.

And I am not working for either Ben or MeritLine.

htt, I kinda agree with you. But it does not matter how much something costs, the item should NEVER arrived DoA. And customer service is customer service. It should not depend on how much you spend on your purchase. If they don't improve their customer service, then people would stop buying stuffs from them soon (ie. tigerdirect).

ps. I did bought something from them in the past and never had any problem with their products (all brand name items). But every single company should learn from TD's failure and provide good CS.

#5 - I did contact CS. They *seemed* mildly helpful, but, IMHO, in retrospect, simply bided time until the 30-day RMA window passed, and then said see-ya. Three uses to card reader failure seems substantially DoA to me. Flashlight WAS DoA. The other reader took 4 months, but was probably under 20 uses -- and let's assume, shall we, that I treat my stuff (even cheap stuff) with some modicum of respect. I noticed that my computer responds differently to the SanDisk reader than the cheapo MeritLine readers - which makes me think the MeritLine readers' internal chipset/board/hardware was old junk. Brands have meaning - I will buy from Sandisk, but never again from MeritLine. I appreciate that MeritLine isn't present on these boards and others' mileage may vary. But my experience leads to my unwavering opinion that MeritLine pawns cheaper crap than Barnum & Bailey ever did, and I am no longer their sucker. They should step up the quality of their offerings and sell Chinese pet food additives, toothpaste, or chopped cardboard softened with an industrial chemical and flavored with fatty pork for use in my steamed buns. ... .must find my happy place.....

"supporting loads of up to 66lbs" - Not enough to transport an adult body.

Maybe an adult body that you have spent the last 3 weeks starving to death in your basement.

Damn. The cardboard steamed buns travel fast...according to the video clip, every Shan Dong knows how to make them. Incredible.
