these cart are not reliable. the latch did not work for me, since it won't extend. I had to return for refund.

This is a small flimsy plastic cart. It is exactly the size of a medium size carry-on tote. Useful if yours don't already come with wheels and retractable handle built in. And I'll be surprised if it can handle 40 lbs, let alone 66.
