One of the worst keyboards ever made. I owned it for awhile and ended up throwing it away after smashing it with a sledgehammer. Constantly loses its connection, extremely laggy, misses keystrokes altogether, terrible range. It's not just me- look up some reviews on amazon/newegg/etc.

Seems like you should've just returned it for a refund, but whatever...
